Saracens MMA and TapouT Fighting Club Join Forces; Present World Class MMA Seminar

Saracens MMA is delighted to announce an official partnership with Egypt’s top training facility, TapouT Fighting Club from Cairo, Egypt.

With a brand new multi-functional training arena set for a grand opening in just three days time on June 28, TapouT Fighting Club will continue to host the nation’s finest athletes and coaches. With Saracens MMA’s Muhammad ‘Smash’ Nour already installed as head coach at the facility, and with Saracens MMA founder Ahmed ‘The Prince’ Faress a permanent fixture, TapouT Fighting Club has long been a crucial component of the growth and expansion of Saracens MMA as a legitimate global force.

Now, aspiring athletes will have the opportunity to join Egyptian MMA’s finest exports as top-ranked BRAVE CF veterans Ahmed ‘The Prince’ Faress and Ahmed ‘The Butcher’ Amir join forces to present an intensive three-day seminar on 28, 29, and 30th of July. With limited availability, Saracens MMA encourages martial arts aficionados to sign up early in order to avoid disappointment.

‘The Prince’ Prepared to Fight Anyone

When news broke last week that Brave Combat Federation were looking for a replacement for injured bantamweight Arnold ‘Silverback’ Quero at Brave 9: Kingdom of Champions, Director of Brave Alejandro Soto wasn’t exactly besieged with offers to step in and fight talented Brazilian Felipe Efrain. As Soto stated on social media, “No one wants to fight this kid!”

One exception to that statement, however, was The MMA Vanguard’s Ahmed ‘The Prince’ Faress.

Fresh off a twelfth career submission win in Mumbai, India over popular native Bharat Khandare, Faress’ confidence continues to soar. Having spent several weeks training alongside fellow Egyptian ace Ahmed ‘The Butcher’ Amir in the Republic of Kuwait, Faress touched down in Thailand en route to Tiger Muay Thai late last week when news of the injury to Quero broke.

While much of the focus had, understandably, been on Amir’s upcoming bout with Swedish fighter Erik Carlsson at Brave 9, Faress was ready and willing to put his top-ranked status on the line – a sentiment he has since repeated.

“I was, and still am, ready to fight anyone,” Faress stated after news broke that a replacement had already been found for Efrain. “I want to fight, I feel great, I am training well, I am doing all the right things, and I know in my heart I will always be ready.”

 

Ahmed ‘The Prince’ Faress Wants to Teach Nawras Azbakh “Life Lesson”

Being the top-ranked pound-for-pound fighter in the Middle East, which Cairo-based bantamweight Ahmed “The Prince” Faress is according to Tapology, is not just an achievement – it’s a target for other fighters to aspire to. It was no surprise then, when undefeated Jordanian fighter Nawras Azbakh (6-0) became the latest fighter to take the opportunity to call out “The Prince”.

A fighter for Desert Force, Azbakh made the following comments about the Egyptian Brave CF ace:

“Ahmed Faress is ranked as the #1 bantamweight in the Middle East. I have nothing against this guy, I don’t even know him, but put me in the cage with him and I’ll make a highlight reel out of this and finish him however the fans want it. The whole ranking list on [Tapology] doesn’t make sense, especially [considering] the [fighters ranked] under Faress, also.”

Not one to take such comments lying down, Faress responded via arabsmma.com:

“Although his words have a lot of disdain and diminish my ability as a fighter, I understand the reasons behind them. Any person can feel envious or jealous of another who is better than him, and he’s frustrated about that. It’s okay, God created those feelings. There is nothing wrong with what he said. My ambition and potential go beyond a match with Nawras. However, I wouldn’t mind if Brave Combat Federation wants to make this fight happen. I also wouldn’t mind teaching him a useful life lesson.”
